Prepare to be captivated by this captivating show Mayla unveils the extraordinary Mayla GT at Boot Düsseldorf from 20 to 28 January 2024. This shimmering debut signals the beginning of a new era in Luxury sports boats, the world’s leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of yachts, seamlessly combines open-water prowess along with unmatched comfort and sophistication.
A modern tribute to the speed boats of the ’70s and ’80s, Mayla GT’s sleek lines reflect its high-performance capabilities. Mayla GT is unlike many competitors who try to cram as much volume as possible into a certain length. It has a long and elegant outline that’s more like a racing powerboat rather than a cruiser.
A deep-V monohull with twin transversal steps and patented Petestep® deflectors ensures optimal hydrodynamic efficiency. Transversal step technology is more common in offshore racing boats. It introduces air bubbles beneath the hull. This allows for faster top speeds to be achieved with the same amount of power. The Petestep® deflectors reorient the spray beneath the hull, generating additional lift, a softer, quieter ride, and a significant increase in fuel efficiency. The superboat was crafted entirely from carbon fiber prepreg. This superboat achieves an unique fusion between lightness, stiffness, and strength.
Mayla GTS, the new variant of Mayla GTS, will be premiering at the Düsseldorf boat showThe boat has twin Ilmor V8 supercharged Ilmor engines that each deliver 650hp. This gives the boat an incredible weight-to power ratio of 3.5kg/hp. It also delivers a top-speed over 70 knots. Mayla offers a variety of propulsion systems, such as gasoline engines with up to 3100hp and diesel engines with up to 1700hp. A hybrid electric system can deliver up to 2100hp. Solico, a Dutch engineering company, designed the boat’s structure to be able to withstand loads of this high-performance boat.

It is easy to tell what the boat’s ethos was by reading its general specifications. It is only 4.5 tons long and weighs 44ft (13.5m). The boat can comfortably accommodate eight people in a luxurious manner for a vessel of such performance. Mayla GT features a luxurious cabin with a double bed, WC, separate shower, Alcantara® seating, wardrobe, vanity area, TV screens, and a premium audio system. The open cockpit offers sliding sun loungers, shock-dampening driver’s seats, a foldaway table, and ample storage. A large garage at the rear is ideal for storing jet skis. An electric door transforms it into a platform that can be used as a beach bar. A wet bar, barbecue, underwater lights and premium sound are all available in the cockpit once it reaches its destination.
The boat can be equipped with air conditioning or a gyroscopic ride stabiliser to keep it from rolling around in rough seas.
