I popped on over to the Athleta website the other day because they’ve got some pants and tops on sale that look like they’d be good for both work and casual outfits.
The things I want to buy!
1. Endless High Rise Pants in Aspen Olive
The tapered leg of these pants gives them a very classic feel. Ooh, and they’ve got pockets!
2. Renew Seamless crewneck shirt in Aspen Olive
I’ve been loving the ease of monochromatic outfits lately, and this top looks like it would go perfectly with the Aspen pants! All you’d need to do then is to throw on a chic coat, like the…
3. Stellar Trench in Calcite Beige
It’s so cute! It’s nice to have a trench that moves with your body. This trench seems to be both comfortable for travel and stylish enough for the office.
4. Jetset Bomber jacket in Abalone grey
I like this bomber for a more casual feel.
5. Brooklyn Mid Rise Ankle Pants Navy
The navy Brooklyn pants are a little sportier than the Endless pant but still look great with chunky loafers.
6. Renew Seamless Racerback Tank In Navy
Of course, you’ve got to have a matching shirt! This racerback top looks perfect for those warm spring days.
7. Renew Seamless crewneck top in Black
Until spring weather kicks in, though, I’d wear the pants with a black long sleeve top.
8. Retroplush Bomber Jacket
You know what? I think I’m turning into a girl who loves coats, blazers and jackets. I think it would go well with any outfit above!
Do you see anything that catches your attention? I’m seriously not kidding when I say I want all the things!

P.S. The storm that’s currently over the Bay Area has been relatively OK so far in my neighborhood. Knock on wood, a huge branch snapped from one of the olives trees in our neighborhood. A bunch of patio furniture was knocked down, but no major damage occurred. Whew! How is life in your part of the world? Think about it, in a few months, the days are going to be longer, and the weather will be warm enough for you to enjoy the sunshine and walk outside. I can’t wait for spring!
