Allied Gold, a bridal manufacturer, has acquired Brown and Newirth’s bridal jewellery brand.
Brown and Newirth is now under British control.
The acquisition effective from today highlights both companies’ commitment to “preserving and enhancing British craftsmanship in the jewellery industry”.
Allied Gold and Brown and Newirth maintain close business ties and both directors enjoy working together since over a decade.
Brown and Newirth’s collections are available at 50 authorized stockists and in 30 boutique shops-in-shops across the country.
