The Jewelry Quarter in Birmingham is about to endure a revamp after native companies and residents had their say on a brand new neighbourhood plan.
Over 90% of residents and 60% of companies voted in favour of the brand new plan which goals to enhance the standard of latest buildings, shield heritage buildings and deal with dereliction.
The plans had been developed by the Jewelry Quarter Growth Belief (JQDT) in 2014, alongside native companies, residents and group teams.
