We love a red carpet moment and GQ’s Men of the Year bash was filled with some of the hottest celebrities strutting down the pavement in Los Angeles in honor of the magazines 28th MOTY issue.
The Male Met Gala saw the dapper, handsome and stylish men of the world in the swankiest looks, all artfully curated.
Dwayne D Wade, 41-year-old retired NBA Star, always looks good. This time, the Chi Town native chose a blush pink textured jacket that he wore with black loafers and white straight denim pants. His blonde roots contrasted with his black beard, and we were able to focus on his muscular build.
Travis Scott, the multi-platinum rapper and singer, kept it suit and booted. He wore a black Maison Margiela double-breasted suit with a crew neck white shirt and silver statement necklace.
Also opting for black was R&B singer Giveon who let us know in many ways that it’s “Prada or Nada,” rocking a Prada leather bomber jacket that he styled with black trousers and patent leather oxfords.
The men of the hour weren’t the only ones to make quite a debut on the carpet as Actress, Kim Kardashian looked effortlessly chic in a suede camel Chrome Hearts halter top with the matching skirt.
Her long blonde hair parted down the middle felt cohesive and tonal and if you haven’t noticed “Chrome Hearts” has been her go to designer as of late( hence her latest CFDA black Chrome Hearts ensemble).
Megan Thee Stallion also made a big splash with hints of brown. She looked amazing in a chocolate brown Salih Balta SS24 RTW gown, styled by Zerina.
Houston native, Houston has worked on her body for a long time. She has noticedably lost weight and looks toned all over. Her updo complimented her sultry outfit. We love seeing her like this.
Lorde, an artist who likes to break the mold, wore a two-piece satin green Acne set with frills and an asymmetrical skirt. Her green tights with open toe-heels made us green with envy.
Overall we saw celebrities bring their A-game at GQ’s Men of the Year 2023 bash and it was great to see the big dreamers and boundary breakers in the spotlight .
