A superyacht which does not follow the traditional design principles of yachts. Design House LDWO has come up with these renderings for a new 59-metre superyacht concept aStøne and it is a mix of radical design cues along with architectural undertone. The interior and exterior spaces are mixed with architectural details, with no barriers.
The interior is bright and airy. There are natural materials such as light-toned timbers, textured stone, and rugged metals. The shapes and sizes, as well as the colors used in the design are all unique. However, the main focus of the project was to create more space. Magenta-colored hues draped on some of the most important structural elements are our favorite feature of the design. The Magenta color adds a unique flavor to the design. The pool is a huge feature, as are the sun pads. The look is further enhanced by seasonal plants.
There are few barriers, which gives the feeling of being in the open air and connected to the ocean. The flooring is an interesting mix of old-world luxury and modern detailing, especially in the interaction with other elements. The superstructure of the yacht is made out of aluminium.
