- Stay hydrated: Don’t forget to stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water throughout the day. Drinking 1 liter water per day is one of my goals for this year. Avoid sodas with high sugar content. When I drink enough water, I notice that my skin looks and feels hydrated.
- Journal for 5 MinutesTake 5 minutes before you open your phone or start the day to write about your feelings. Write down what you’re grateful for every day. Reflect on the previous day. And decide what kindness you want to spread for the day.
- Walking for 10 minutesYou should walk for at least 10 minutes. There’s no excuse not to walk. Walk instead of taking the elevator. You can park your car and walk a few blocks. On certain days, you can extend that 10-minute walk to 15 minutes or jog.
- Read moreReading is a great way to both learn and be entertained. There’s no limit to learning. As you read more, you will grow and learn more. You can read your favorite book to relax, unwind and unwind at the beginning or the end of each day. Relax in pajamas or loungewear, and spend a few minutes reading.
- Reward yourself in the right wayIt can either be a day of mental health leave or a day at work.
